At hi.Blends, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may return your item under the following conditions:

• Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

• Condition: Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

• Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
